This is from the Proclamation by Dolores Umbridge. It’s the Educational Decree no. 98 which is about that “Those wishing to join the Inquisitorial Squad for extra credit may sign up in the High Inquisitor’s office.” This poster was used in the fith movie “Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix”.
